The bga kit is used to reball or repair the ball type ic. To get ic hold, one mat, stencil ppt past and one with Bruce bga kit. Friends stencil cpu wise, power ic wise, network ic wise or Bluetooth / wi fi ic wise, different stencils come for different cpu.
